To become an employee of SMOKENDERS worldwide network you generally must be a former smoker, and you must have achieved SMOKENDERS Graduation sucessful.
Excetions
There are only two possible exceptions to this requirement:
- Retainer Rule
SMOKENDERS Representants: You are a well-respected healthcare academician and/or director level government official with long-termed engagement in healthcare prevention, and your VC reflects SMOKENDERS philosophie and culture believably. However, you must be a non-smoker.
- Hybrid Rule
SMOKENDERS Trainer: You are a certified and long-termed trainer of an imitator or me too smoking cessation campaign (e. g. so called “Allen Carr´s Easyway”), and you identified the week points of your concept related to SMOKENDERS concept linked up with precise suggestions for improvement. (please see below: Excursus)
Please note: Stated exceptions we execute restrictive. Candidats who want to partake in stated exceptions, we recommend strongly to give us any information which could cause execution of an exception.
Accepted candidats will be updated by a special training.
Excursus: Imitators and me too products
Unmatched success of SMOKENDERS caused several imitators and me too products. In fact, nearly every smoking cessation concept using most effektive punch line element based on SMOKENDERS concept.
Most of this imitators are not comparabel to SMOKENDERS Our concept is a highly structured, systematic technique, and an open system, which was developed by healthcare professionals and which is subjected to be advanced by our specialists worldwide. Our concept is not a blackbox, which is dominated by a self-proclaimed guru who provides a trainers manual, which is based on a self-awareness report of smoking cessation.
However, some ambitious coaches of me too concepts enhances themselves by training on the job and by self-help based on critical analysis.
