Managing Partners
Scope
Manage a SMOKENDERS company based in a state of the EU or in such countries which join the EU in the future (e. g. Turkey), and such countries which are exclusive partners of the EU (e. g. Israel). Focus the business in a national market.
Main tasks
Consolidate and publish with outlined chanel to the national healthcare matket: positioning, audience, competition, collateral.
Campaigns
establish the position as the market lead on smoking cessation and related consultancy utilizing the full marketing mix:
- Map out and control activities in a timelined and integrated plan
- Liase with other SMOKENDERS divisions at national, international and worldwide level to guarantee efficient and on-time delivery of campaign components
- Work across channels to employ the best suited service for our international corporate clients
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure corporate alignment behind the campaign timing and targeting
- Ensure activity integration with fie4ld organisations for campaign execution
Networking, Support
- Help sales and strategy functions sharpen their messages to concise relevant arguments
- Assist in genaration of public reference cases
- Be pro-active in marketing activities internally
Profile
- SMOKENDERS graduate (relateted to this point please see our Recruiting Strategies)
- Strong communication, creative and teambuilder skills
- Excellent project managemenr skills
- Strong track record in developing and driving integrated marketing initatives
- Experience with healthcare business
- Good understanding of national healthcare marketing to business leaders
- Excellent verbal and written command of a language of an EU state or a related countrie (native speaker)
- Verry good verbal and written command of the English or German language
